Flat surfaces finishing machine

Technical description

The machine is used for polishing sheets, slabs, sink tops, profiles. The machine is equipped with a fixed head and a movable bench. A shaft is mounted on the head on which a brush with a length of 1000 mm and a diameter of 450 can be assembled. The rotation of the brush is obtained by means a three-phase asynchronous motor, a mechanical oscillation system is mounted on the brush. The bench runs under the brush in parallel on cylindrical guides by means of an asynchronous motor with inverter for speed management. Automation is managed through PLC.
