Internal finishing machine for sinks

Technical description

Rotary table with rotation in steps managed by a thrust bearing with three-phase asynchronous motor. The table is divided in eight positions on which the piece-holders for the sinks can be installed. The machine is configured with 7 polishing units 4 walls of the sink and 3 bottom. The types of units are 2 model 233 hydraulic and model 277 electric with all the axes for cover all the surfaces. The automation of the machine is managed by a PLC. The units are fitted with high pressure guns for dispensing the polishing compound. The machine is fully functional it is also possible to evaluate a revamping of the electrical components.
