Technical description
Supporting structure in carpentry with two strong columns on which two belt tighteners 268 are assembled, the two units run perpendicularly to the bench on guides and runners with recirculating balls through brushless motors. The units are predisposed for suction system, the belts are replaced frontally.
Two piece-holding carriages for grinding steel plates are placed under the portal, on the carriages are mounted two slides that run along the benches on guides and ball bearing slides by means of a brushless motor. The automation is manage by PLC.
The working height is 700 mm.
