Welding machine for sinks

Technical description

Machine for welding tanks and sink tops. The bench is constructed in heavy carpentry on which a slide is mounted whose horizontal movement, on guides and ball bearing blocks, is managed by a brushless motor.
The slides are assembled on the welding unit with the vertical and radial axes managed by a brushless motor.
The machine will be consisting of the main following parts:

• Inverter system high frequency, that means low consumption
• Autotransformer suitable to rectify the power from 380V to 10V 1000 Hz for the automation of the electrical cabinet, 1000 Hz controlled by inverter technology
• Polishing devices for the welding roll
• Electrical connections for power and welding
• Welding arm moved by means of Y axis
• Microprocessor for the welding control
• Complete with water cooling system
